Terms and Conditions

Skyline USA, Inc. encompasses particular terms and conditions in accordance to the intended nature of their business. All products sold are for wholesale and resale purposes only. Please review the following terms carefully.

Minimum Orders. All orders made require a minimum of $100 worth of shippable merchandise. We reserve the right to substitute any items out of stock similar in value and product to complete this minimum, unless otherwise noted.

Product and Pricing. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Special prices or offers on our website are not guaranteed to be honored for orders placed by other means. For orders exceeding the value of $10,000.00 USD, please call 888-800-8440 for special pricing and payment methods.

Shipping. All orders and prices placed in the United States are F.O.B. in from Sanford, Florida. For international orders, shipment may be originated from another location to reduce shipment costs for the customer. Freight estimated on our website may not represent the actual amount of shipping, and is only used for estimation purposes. Shipments are sent index by regular ground, unless otherwise noted by the customer. All shipment costs and preferred delivery methods are billed to on the invoice.

Accepted Methods of Payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. COD money order is also accepted for the exact dollar amount. At our sole discretion and application process, we issue net ten (10), fifteen (15), and thirty (30) days from the date of our invoice. For net application please contact us and a form will be faxed or e-mailed. We reserve the right to ask for any further documentation, which may help with the decision in this process. Service charges may be added on past due invoices.

Returns. All claims must be made within seven (7) business days upon receipt of shipment. No item(s) may be returned without our prior written authorization. When informing us with a return, given approval, an authorization code will be provided. This code is to be placed visibly on or inside returned good(s). Authorized merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of the authorization form. Any return following this time period is subject to rejection, and buyer will be responsible for all shipping and other costs incurred. Any carton shortage or damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. We are not responsible for theft, damages, or shortages by a carrier, although all shipments are subject to be insured. Misused, or goods damaged by the buyer, are not subject to return and will not be accepted. Goods returned without original boxing and/or packaging will not be accepted.

All merchandise returned without prior authorization or sent collect will be refused and will be returned at the sole expense of buyer. We reserve the right to replace returned merchandise, or if no stock is available, to credit the account. Failure to provide adequate notice and follow these return procedures constitutes an irrevocable waiver of your right to return, refund and/or exchange.

Local and Federal Laws. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, and/or sold. Please check your local laws before placing an order. Improper use of some goods can be dangerous and we recommend that our catalogue or items considered dangerous listed therein not be sold to minors.

Stun guns are illegal in the following states, cities and counties and will not be shipped to these locations:
States: IL, HA, MA, MI, NJ, NY, RI, WI.
Cities/Counties: Annapolis, MD; Baltimore, MD; Baltimore County, MD; Dension/Crawford County, IA; District of Columbia; Philadelphia, PA.
